I've just transferred my sites to a new server running Server 2019. Since the move my one Kartris site is failing PayPal checkouts. The payment is received, but the order stays in 'unfinished' state, and no emails are sent. However the CheckoutComplete.aspx page on my site displays a message saying "Checkout Complete! Your transaction was successful. A confirmation email has been sent to you."

But I don't think that applies here.
Initially I thought perhaps something like Request Filtering was causing the issue, so I've removed every request filtering rule for the site. That didn't fix it.
So I then upgraded from v2.9008 to v2.9014 but that didn't fix it either.
There are no firewall issues that I am aware of that might be causing this on the server, everything was set up as per the old one.
.NET is up to date on the server, as I understand it Kartris only requires 4.5 anyway. I've removed .NET 2 from the list of ISAPI filters in case that was causing a problem.
Does anybody have any ideas please?
