I may just be blind, but I can't figure out how to combine category & navigation menus in Kartris.
With sample skin "Kartris," the category menu displays as a menu bar across the top of the content area, whilst the navigation menu is in a hide-away box.
In sample skin "KartrisAccordion," the navigation menu displays as a menu bar across the top of the content area and the category menu receives its own box to the left of the content.
What I'm trying to do is combine the category menu with the navigation menu and display them as the menu bar, such that I get something like this;
Category1 | Category2 | CustomPage1 | CustomPage2 | Account | News | KnowledgeBase | Contact
Simply using both <user:CategoryMenu> and <user:NavigationMenu> in the same <div> of Template.master doesn't work, as it then produces two menus on top of each other.
Any hints? Surely I can't be the only one wanting to do this (or the only one too stupid to work it out on my own).
