Hello mate,

Everyone has been very busy so getting on here has been a challenge. Have you still got this problem?

We are always willing to help out the community or pitch in to help you fix a problem. However, if you want a complete solution made such as a code module or new feature added you have two options. Either
1) Reach out to the Kartris internal development team at http://www.kartris.com/Contact.aspx.
2) Contact one of the Kartris approved partners at http://www.kartris.com/t-Worldwide-Developers.aspx.

Have fun and good luck coding.

I found an interesting issue with my authorize.net SIM testing. When I click the PROCEED button to checkout - thus leaving kartris and bringing up the authorize.net payment screen, the interface always puts the Shipping Address NAME from kartris into the shipping address COMPANY on the authorize.net payment screen, then it blanks out the shipping NAME. This then causes my card to be rejected due to billing/shipping mismatch.

Has anyone run into this, and is there a correction for this issue?

Thanks.

Hope someone can help me with this one. As my final step to my kartris site, I am working to get authorize.net SIM working. I checkout and correctly go to the authorize.net payment page. But after I make my payment and hit the PAY NOW button, 2 things happen that are not right:

1. I return to an unformated kartris checkout complete page. In other words it is just listing fields from the page in kind of a raw format like this:

not logged in Login
Your basket is empty

etc etc

Instead of recognizing HTML page formatting.

2. The second problem is that the cart still has items in it. It never gets cleared. Someone in this forum posted a solution which was to put a parameter on the end of the return url like this:

But that did not seem to work for me.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Jeff
