This may only be an issue that is thrown when upgrading an application and running it using Visual Studio:

If you follow the instructions to upgrade your application using the instructions found at:

http://www.kartris.com/Knowledgebase/Upgrading-Kartris---incremental-updates-1.3__k-35.aspx

the upgrade will fail because the resource objects cannot be found. Visual Studio will also not be able to validate the website. Instead, you should copy the SQL Server connection string over as well, then it appears to work.

We are always willing to help out the community or pitch in to help you fix a problem. However, if you want a complete solution made such as a code module or new feature added you have two options. Either
1) Reach out to the Kartris internal development team at http://www.kartris.com/Contact.aspx.
2) Contact one of the Kartris approved partners at http://www.kartris.com/t-Worldwide-Developers.aspx.

Have fun and good luck coding.

I think step 3 does mention changing the connection string, but it doesn't show it explicitly as it does for the globalization tag edit. I guess maybe it should show the database connection string too, just for clarity?
