In NY State, clothing under $110 has a lower tax rate than clothing above $110.
We are using US-multistate to restrict tax to NY State, but in that mode, you don't have any tax bands, you can only mark an item as 'taxable' or 'not taxable.'
Has anyone encountered this? WHat would be the fastest way to adjust the code for this without having to rewrite/mess up the complex tax-calculating modules?
