Hi,
I've had an old site on CactuShop which I am currently in the process of porting over to Kartris v2.8.
I used data tool to import product and categories so most of the ID's of the products are same between the two systems. However, if I take the url of old site at product level and just replace the domain name to kartris one - it does redirect fine to new site. But, somehow it doesn't redirect one level up (i.e. Categories level). Apparently, Kartris url has some extra characters like 'p' & extra '0' in the category level URL.
For example -
old site- Category level URL
www.cactuShopName.com/Category1/c-1-133/
If I just replace cactuShopName with kartrisShopName- it doesn't redirect.
Corresponding kartris site URL is -
www.kartrisShopName.com/Category1/c-p-0-0-133
Please note - it redirects product level pages fine.
Any help in investigating why this is happening is very much appreciated.
