In the knowledgebase article on upgrading a 1.2 skin to 1.3, it says:

"Once all these changes are complete, go to your back end and click to edit your language. Select the appropriate skin for this language (e.g. 'MySkin') and then save. If everything is ok, the front end should now display using your upgraded skin, and should appear similar to your v1.2 store. Minor CSS fixes may be needed, but these should be relatively small."

How do you "edit your language"? None of the language settings I that I can find have any options for changing the skin. Please clarify which option I need to change and where to find it.

I think you might need to set the 'expertmode' config setting on to show these fields. I've amended the article. I think we might default this on in future, but advise developers to turn it off once a site is up and running (it limits access to some of the features that can easily break things and that tend not to need changing once a site is operating.
