Several mornings this week, I have tried to log in to my back end and received this message below. We are yet to upgrade to RC v1.3 so it must not be a new issue.

"Your license is corrupted. Please ensure you don't alter any values and use the exact license as supplied for your Kartris installation."

I have to type in my web address without the /admin at the end for kartris to tell me the shop is closed then put the /admin back at the end of the address before it will let me log in.

Is this a known issue or am I walking the long dark road along? :-)

Have you hit the limit of 500 versions? I know older versions of kartris gave this message when that limit was hit.

If this is the case, we can issue you with a full license time limited for (eg) 2 or 3 months, if you aren't live yet (ie still under development).

Hi, I have just confirmed that we have got the full version and are live with our website and have been for a few months. No new products/versions have been updated in the last 3 weeks (only a few SEO tweaks and skin layout changes) so I'm intreagued now as to the root cause of this.

Do you have any other domains pointing at the web site, such as development ones? I've seen issues with this where the system can think it is running on a domain it is not licensed for, and can cache this conclusion.

v1.3 addresses this as it will automatically 301-redirect to the domain it is licensed for. On earlier versions, you would have to disable any other domains, or 301-redirect them at the server/DNS. This could include the * record (which should redirect to www).
