Hi, I'm new to Kartris and just trying to get my install to work. Have created a new skin and made the necessary changes to the Config settings in the admin tool.
Problem is when I display the home page no css is being picked up.
My default URL is http://localhost:26052/Default.aspx
And the CSS tag is <link href="App_Themes/Mellcrest/general.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" />
The theme exists as does the css file. Any ideas?

Also, there is a kb article on upgrading a skin to 1.3 format. It looks harder than it actually is if you follow step by step.
