Hi, I'm new to Kartris and just trying to get my install to work. Have created a new skin and made the necessary changes to the Config settings in the admin tool.
Problem is when I display the home page no css is being picked up.
My default URL is http://localhost:26052/Default.aspx
And the CSS tag is <link href="App_Themes/Mellcrest/general.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" />
The theme exists as does the css file. Any ideas?

Can you confirm which version of Kartris this is? 1.2 or 1.3?
The later one changes relations to CSS slightly - App_Themes is used in 1.2, so I am going to assume it is that version.
Can you check the webshopurl and webshopfolder config settings (search in back end, it will find them). I think the webshopurl should be:
http://localhost:26052/
and the webshopfolder should be blank

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the reply. I downloaded Kartris from Microsoft WebMatrix, I think it is version 1.2.
I have checked the settings and the webshopurl was incorrect. CSS is now displaying correctly.
Do you think I should upgrade to 1.3?

I'd recommend upgrading to v1.3. We've submitted to Microsoft for the web gallery but that can take several weeks for them to approve (as they conduct many tests on the software).
I find this the easiest way to install the latest version...

Also, there is a kb article on upgrading a skin to 1.3 format. It looks harder than it actually is if you follow step by step.
