Hello,

Whenever I open the admin page with a new session, I get a 1-2min delay, and then after I log in it says in red "Software Update Details Not Accessible".

Any ideas what is happening?

Thanks,
Andy

When you first login to the back end of kartris it tries to check the version you are running against our site, to see if you are running the latest version. It will show latest available updates and warn if there are any critical updates (which might related to security flaws in the version you are running that need patching).

The fact that it hangs and then gives you that error suggests that the call kartris makes to the kartris site is being blocked - perhaps a firewall issue or some kind of security lockdown at your host (are you on shared hosting)?
