I think one of the things we have on the dev list is to have a button in the back end to manually clear all caches.

I think the config edit normally works for me... but not sure if there is another way to restart the site from your hosting provider? Some panels include this as a feature now.

I'm on a hosted server and have updated some language strings for the front-end, but they don't update immediately.  I tried putting an extra line break in the web.config file and then re-uploading, but that doesn't seem to change the cache.  Is there another way to manually force the cache update on the server?
