Hi,
The only way in order to clear the cached items in kartris, is to restart the application manually from the IIS.
We are planning to have this functionality in the next version of kartris.

I think this could be down to caching - things like related products will be cached for performance. Give it a bit of time and it should clear.

Hi we have a product which has a related product, i have removed the related product (not the product itself but the link to the related product) and added a new related product.
On the site though the old related product is still showing (i have cleared my browser history/tried it on another machine etc). Where it gets a bit strange is if i disable seofriendly urls and the new product shows but if i reanable them the old related product shows again.
Anyone any ideas on what might cause this?
Dan
