Hi, we noticed that Kartris behaves very strangely in version of IE from 8 and earlier. Has anyone done anything to give users a message to upgrade their browser?

The reason for this is due to Foundation, which is the responsive framework we use for the front end. This gives mobile and touch support, and handles reformatting pages within the browser for small screens.

There is a section on supporting older versions of IE here:

http://userguide.kartris.com/Default.aspx?headID=325

Over time, Microsoft is moving to the same kind of regular upgrade approach that the other browser vendors use, but for the time being it's still advisable to have a non-responsive skin in place.
