When the customer creates a new address for billing with "Set as default" checked, then select "go back" link. the "default billing address" section is not updated and not showing the new created address.
to see this you had to have no previous default address.
path:
MyAccount -> Change password and/or other details ->
Default Billing Address -> Manage Addresses -> Add a new address -> Address Entry with "SET AS DEFAULT" checked -> Submit -> go back
and no default billing address.
as you could see it create and save the address but the page is not refreshing.

this is not related to the issue but may help to improve Kartris.
Check the code and noticed there is a missing SP "_spkKartrisDestinations_getbyname" in database. but it used in kartrisclasses.country.[getbyname]
