We have noticed a bug when adding an options product to the basket.
The option price displays correctly in both GBP and EUR but when you add to basket in EUR the basket displays the GBP price with a EUR currency, no conversion is being performed.
This is only happening for options products.
For example:
This options product: https://www.hotel-buyer-store.co.uk/Product.aspx?ProductID=1167&L=1&stroptions=122,232
We have only noticed this since we changed our website to display VAT inclusive pricing.

Does this mean that it is a bona fide bug in the software and not a problem with our installation?

I cannot seem to reproduce this. I have found both the product page price and the price in the basket after adding an options item both reflect the present currency correctly, and change correctly when currencies are switched. Do you have an example of the issue we can look at? Is it the present version you're testing?

Happy New Year.
Yes, it is the current version we are running.
https://www.hotel-buyer-store.co.uk/Product.aspx?ProductID=1167&L=1&stroptions=122,232
For example, view this product with GBP and take note of the INC and EX prices.
Add to basket and you will see the INC price is £20.40 both on the product and in the basket.
Now change to Euros.
The price on product page changes to reflect the currency change (INC price 24.48) but the price in basket just changes the currency symbol but does not perform the currency calculation.
