Hi

Using Multiple payment engines split for single basket/transaction based on product or supplier (acting as re-seller for different suppliers)

We have a requirement where we are looking to sell products for other vendors and need to send payments to different payment accounts based on the product sold e.g. flowers to one vendor's payment account and gifts to another.

We are looking to implement WorldPay & PayPal transactions (not sure if the actual payment method makes a difference)

Is this possible and if so, how would I go about setting this up?

Many thanks in advance for your help...

Think about what the user experience would be like if someone makes an order, and you then send them off to enter card details in three different web sites in order to complete payment.

The whole point of having a single store is that people make payment once. So the only way really to do this is to have some kind of credit account with those suppliers where you send them payment. If you don't want to assume the risk or effort of doing that, you should consider just acting as affiliates for them instead and getting a commission.
