Thanks for the reply paul.
I thought frontend.users.access controls the access to anonymous users. Not sure how this config would help even if i create user accounts from backend. Sorry i am new to kartris. Could you please explain briefly what was your thought?

See the config setting frontend.users.access... but you'd need to create user accounts from the back end, at present there is no mechanism to let accounts sign up but require admin approval first.

Hello everyone,
I have a requirement to allow a new user to login only after user details have been verified by the administrator.
Is there a configuration setting in kartris for this feature or a field in database which can help me achieve this?
