Whichever Payment Gateway you choose, you will need to have an account with them.

For example, I use SagePay (currently) and pay them a monthly fee along with a minimal amount per transaction, they then process the payment and the money goes into my bank account. Depending on the bank, you may also need to pay the bank a monthly fee for a merchant account.

You generally cannot interface a web site directly with bank transfer. There are payment systems however that do support this in various countries. You would need to talk to your bank to see if they have any support or third party partnerships that can help you process direct transfers via web sites.

Alternatively, you could allow payment by PO (purchase order) and then accept offline payment by wire transfer. Down side is that you have to manually verify that you received the payment, and then tag the order as 'paid'.
