We are receiving the following error repeatedly at checkout:

ShippingID: 1
Please can you shed some light as to what may be cuasing this?

We're upgraded to 2.6004 and are still getting this problem.
I have commented out the call to <user:ShippingMethods ID="UC_ShippingMethodsDropdown" runat="server"/> in BasketView.ascx which will hopefully prevent the error.
The call to CalculateShipping seems to be made regardless of whether the dropdown has options. We only have a single shipping method so the call should never be made. It looks like the call is being made with no Destination or ShippingID selected.
