Check the web_menu.sitemap file in the root of the web. You may need to restart/recycle the site after changing this to get the changes to have an effect. Be careful with the markup too... if you get a page error after editing, almost certainly the XML is invalid.

How can I add a new menu to the front end menu? I want to add a menu called Services that displays content on services and prices. I will take care of the content for the page - I just don't see how I can add to the menu. What files should I be looking at?
