For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to customize the Sample Store text or the logo. Any help here? I've already looked at Template.master file and it doesn't tell me anything. Is this a localization string I need to change and if so, what is it called?

I added an <asp:Hyperlink> with an <asp:Image> into the main template file to setup the image / logo whilst providing a link back to the home page.
This can be found in the <div id="logocontainer">

OK, so the text Sample Store isn't text. It's a logo image file. Good Grief! Thanks!

You could try replacing the logo.png file found in ../Kartris/Skins/Kartris/Images/
or which ever skin you have setup ../Kartris/Skins/<YourSkin>/Images/
