Afterimporting product data via the Kartris Data Tool, I am currently resetting upthe product information.

However, several categories are experiencing issues with Sort Products By.

Someof the products seem to defy the sorting process. Although the arrows arepresent, I cannot move them up or down. They are sitting at the top of the category.

Ihave restarted Kartris and now unsure what else I can do to resolve this issue.

Cheers Ian

I have seen this before.

Check to see if these products have 'NULLS' in the PCAT_OrderNo column of the tblKartrisProductCategoryLink table.

Update the table and set them to '1' and they should be sortable with the up/down arrows again.

Thank you

Will look through all products which are causing an issue.
