I also get this error now; it's curious because it was working for me on this same machine (Win 8, 64bit) a few weeks ago.

Hi there,
I am unable to run v2.5 of the Data Tool, on my (64bit) Windows 8 PC as this crashes with the following error.
An internal application problem has occurred. Kartris data tool will be closed now.
Have you come across this error?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
