Hi,Is there any way to insert a carriage return in the menu heading, forcing the menu over 2 lines, so it is bigger and we can have a larger font?

Do you have a link to you site so we can understand a little more about what you want to achieve.

I'd have thought the standard way would be using CSS - fix the width of the menu item, and then enable text within it to wrap. If you had some items wrapped and others not, you'd probably want to fix the height of all as well.
