Kartris v2.5 is now on codeplex as the recommended release. We'll be updating the Microsoft Web App Gallery with this release shortly, but it'll probably take a few days before that is live.
There is a demo of the new code here:

We've updated the Kartris site itself too, so it's now responsive! We're going to hook up Bitcoin soon to enable payment by that too.

When you set up your bitcoin, can you check your process against the documentation and maybe even make a demo out of your set up. As per my other post, I am having some difficulties with the set up following the online manual.
