Thank you for reply,I tryed on backend solution but it asks me password. Which user i need to submit for this step? sa, admin or dbase, or ? Because admin and sa password does not working.

I also tryed datatool i cosed the option that clear product before importing. But it doesnt work. I am using v2.0002.

If you are using the data tool, it should provide an option when importing products to clear existing product data.

Also, if you go to the db admin section in the back end, there is a tab for clearing data. You can clear product related data there.

Note that product-related data isn't just products and versions - it includes categories, options, option groups, attributes, etc. - everything related to products.

Hello,I need to delete all products with all versions before importing new products. Could you help me how i can do this with sql query without geting pain in the future Smile
