We need to run a development copy of kartris at http://dev.ourdomain.com on our development servers.

But we are really struggling and cannot get it running.

We hit a licensing issue where the live site cannot be downloaded and run as a dev site, because "your licence is corrupted".

How can we get a dev copy running?

I assume you're running an older copy of kartris? v2.0 is free full open source so no license required.

If you've got an older licensed version and need one issued to run it on a dev server, best thing it to contact Paul - do you have his email address? Else I can PM it to you.

Licenses issued for a particular domain will all work with any URL beginning http://localhost/

For other dev domains, we can issue licenses under support if you open a ticket.

Alternatively as mart suggests, upgrade to v2 which removes the limitations/domain restrictions.
