The program is failing in the kartrisclasses.vb code atline 545 on this line lstShippingOptions =clsPlugin.GetRates(Payment.Serialize(objShippingDetails))

 

here is the error log below.

Earlier this year, I had this same problem with USPS integration and now I am getting the same with UPS. Can someone please check the dll for the latest version?

Can someone from Cactusoft please assist me with this UPS error? If I was able to debug the DLL I would but of course I do not have the source code. Someone helped me with a similar issue with the USPS integration earlier this year and I suspect it is the same thing. I have attached the config file that came with version 1.4.003.

I was hoping to get this site up by Christmas.. this is the last holdup for my launch.

Yes, the new DLL along with the config file for UPS codes is working well for me now. Thank you for your assistance with this.
