We have swapped over from catushop to kartis and the database seems to be crashing then locking the server. We have changed our server settings so it runs on classic asp rather than intergrated and this has stopped a lot of errors however after a period of time our system crashes. We have our own dedicated server that runs both catushop and kartris. catushop runs fine. We are using the catushop secure email payment gateway what seems to work fine however we feel this may be causing problems.
We have full error logs but everytime we change something it seems to work for a while then crash.
I need your help is there any developer out there or kartis expert who can help we are a mail order company and need our website. Please message me as soon as possible.
