Afternoon,
I have installed Kartis and got to Step 7, It stats "Error: You must download the modified web.config first!"

I have updated the web.config with the correct details, however it is still coming up with this error. Can someone please provide some help with this?

Regards,
Alan

ok sorted it, its cause it was set to Other, and would not work. I set to EU and it installed.

I now however get "Parser Error Message: The resource object with key 'ContentText_LoginBadUser' was not found."

Any ideas?

That sounds like a db connection problem. Check the SQL server connection string in your web config and also check that the right user has permissions for the db. Depending on your platform and settings, it could be NETWORK USER (IIS7) or it could be IIS APPPOOL\www.sitename.xyz (IIS 7.5)
