I have put in all of my information for the USPS shipping gateway, but it always displays "Can't retrieve shipping rates" on the shopping cart.
I have confirmed that my USPS ID is set up for production and that my ID does work (when I enter it in directly to my browser).
I do have an error in my error log that says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when I create an address for shipping.
Is this a problem with the Shipping DLL? I am getting the same error on my web server and on my laptop.
