Also, if you haven't used it, there is a developer tool in IE which you invoke by pressing the F12 key which allows you to hover over each part of the site page and see what CSS styles are affected.
If you use Firefox and the Firebug Add-on this also shows you similar information, especially the on-hover styling.

In "template.css" file, find the below 2 lines:
#minibasket:hover h4
#minibasket:hover #minibasket_main

Been doing some very basic customisation of my store, but can't for the life of me find where to change the hover colour of 'Shopping Basket'
I've amended most, just this one has beat me
