Create local payment method credit card.
I need to create a local payment method to credit card data is stored in the local database and subsequently report can be drawn by hand to make charges for point of sale,
We make no charge online all have to be local, such as adding a new payment by this method kartris?.
do not want to use any online gateway everything must be offline, direct storage to the database
