As I can create a plugin for payment of local credit card, which is stored in the database asking number, expiration date, cvv number of months and pay no interest, I am in mexico and here we choose another way to accomplish POS Bank charges, please if anyone can help me urgently and I am stuck with this, thank you very much.

Muchas Gracias Medz, My English is very bad, but I want to enable the collection of local credit card, that is stored in the database in the server, the credit card number, expiration date and cvv, I do not use any online Gateway i don´t want,
We work off-line, we want to store the data in the database and then next day connects to a server at Banamex in Mexico for the payment or rejection of the charge On our own by hand, we just want to enable the module credit card, number, expiration date and cvv in kartris to local storage in the database .

Medz, I forget also want to add the charge with American Express and all charges stored in the database is local not online communication via gateway
