I'm considering Kartris for a new project, but i'm not sure it will suits my requirements. I need to have forum as well as blog and other content pages. Also, I would like to offer payment on delivery or at the phisical store.
Is it possible with Kartris?.

Kartris doesn't have a forum system, but there are other products which do that and are specialized to that (for example we use instant forum here on our site). It does have a basic CMS built in for adding 'custom pages'. The news system could be used for blogging, if you need comments it's relatively simple to add disqus to it or something similar.
Kartris has a payment method called 'offline payment' (or payment by PO - purchase order). It also has the option of having 'customer pickup' as a delivery option. You can offer customers a choice of payment systems, for example credit card (e.g. sagepay, worldpay), paypal, offline and bitcoin.
