P&H for all my products are the same except for one item. The P&H for this one item changes depending on destination. How do I configure this in Kartris.

Is this something that is currently working in your shop or is this a scenario you wish to setup in your shop?
We are always willing to help out the community or pitch in to help you fix a problem. However, if you want a complete solution made such as a code module or new feature added you have two options. Either

Hey Tiggy
This is something I currently have on site. While I can send other items (locally) at a set P&H price, one of the items is heavier and and P&H would change per destination.
There is a good chance that multiples of this item would be sold to the same customer also so setting a fixed postage price per this item would result in a large postage fee.

Hey Tiggy/Paul
Another thing you can look at at your next rev is the tabs on the product page.
Depending on what is sold, some merchants might want tab/s for "specifications" or "instructions" or whatever is needed to further promote the product.
Some users also got confused with the "home" link on the products tab and the home link in the breadcrumbs. I ended up adding a home button next to the breadcrumbs.
