Hi,
I've set up shipping rates/zones for a site. The fixed rates, as well as live rates for UPS all work correctly on the checkout pages. However, in the basket page, any zone/country that has live UPS rates set up within it, do not load prices/options in the Estimate Shipping section. The areas with other fixed rates display on the basket as well.
Please advise as to what can be causing this behavior,

Any suggestions as to what can be causing the UPS not to work on the Estimate Shipping section in the basket page?
The only other info I have is in the error log:

Or Uncheck live in Shipping Method
