Hiiii Have install kartris from the web application gallery but when i try to open the kartris from lauch kartris link it doesn't start automatically and it is also not showing me any type of error

What operating system are you on? Have you tried installing IIS and setting up manually (it's easier for us to help with errors that way, as the Web App Installer is a Microsoft tool and it's possible the problem could be there.
