Looking at the source, the products are there, they just don't display. So I assume it is something to do with CSS or javascript not doing something it should in the cache view.

google is not caching any of our individual product pages though??

Being in the cache is not the same as being indexed. Many sites set NoArchive to stop their content being cached, but Google will still index them. It can take time for pages to be cached even if they are already indexed.

Your product pages are indexed (certainly some of them), for example I searched for

"BrewBuddy Bitter 40 Pint Homebrew Kit brewbitz"

First result is your homepage, second is this particular product page.

So I don't think it's anything to worry about.
