Which tables in the SQL database hold the product descriptions, pricing info, meta descriptions etc...

It's complicated...
prices are largely held in the versions table, but there are also customer group prices quantity discounts held in separate tables
descriptions and language-specific info for products, versions, etc. is held in languageelements tables
