Hi,
I have my shipping set to UPS for entire North America
I have my tax set to 8.875 for NY
My shipping displs fine in the dropdown of rates, but then it displys as that same rate in
NEGATIVE in the spot for price including tax.
| Tax 8.875% $ -21.24 | | | Total $ 30.00
My item is $30. Shipping is $21.24.
But instead of adding the tax, it deducts the shipping!!!!

I realized that I can't even run the Regional Setup Wizard. It crashes after the tax rate!
