By SAbow - Mon 20 Nov 2017 In the last few days i have received orders that somehow got through with free shipping. I tried it myself and found that if i go to Checkout and put in my shipping address, the shipping dropdown gets filled properly. But if I refresh the page then sometimes it is filled with this: UPS - Price: $0.00 USPS Media Mail - Price: $5.30 I found this in the error logs: >> DESCRIPTION: UPS - Error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. What would be causing this, what do I need to change? By Paul - Thu 23 Nov 2017 The error is a standard server error code, that is being generated by UPS: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_403 Might be worth checking with them if any issues with your UPS account if this is suddenly happening a lot. Although it looks more like the kind of server error that isn't account related, but related to the platform itself. By SAbow - Tue 28 Nov 2017 I found this post http://forum.kartris.com/Topic6296.aspx which says to alter the code to prevent free shipping options to be listed. I still don't know why I'm getting a 403 error...
