I need an explaination of this behavior and a workaround if possible:
I created a promotion of type BUY [X] products of category [C] and obtain [X] [P] for free, more precisely "buy 2 products of category Cutters and obtain 1 Jacknife".
... I think you already understand the problem ...
Jacknife belong to Cutters category so it happens that when a customer adds to cart 3 products from Cutters and then add Jacknife promoted to cart, Jacknife is considered as fourth product buyed and cart adds that rows + other 2 Jacknife for free...
What should I do (I'd say with three jacknives but I mean with promotions/cart)?
