I've setup a product as a download and have uploaded the file to be downloaded but when I go through the cart operations as a customer I can see no reference to a download link. How do downloadable products work? I can't find much reference to it in the Kartris User Guide.

Downloadable items will be available for users in the 'my account' section once they've been purchased (and if necessary, approved by the store owner).
You can find config settings relating to downloads by searching for 'downloads' in the back end.
