To be able to select the countries that products can (or can't) be shipped to. Would be useful for large/heavy items that could only be shipped to mainland destinations.

Since there is a lot of countries the interface to enable this could become a bit cumbersome.
Maybe it would be better to be able to select shipping zones that an item can't be sent to?
