When I initially set up, I setup as inc tax now we decided to add tax at checkout and use ex tax prices. I can't get Kartris to change to ex tax and display the tax amount at checkout. Am I missing something?

I Fixed it, Regional Setup wasn't saving. I fixed it from the DB.
