We have been running RealEx for a monht or so and have had two large orders (40 and 43 lines) which have errored at checkout due to size restrictions with RealEx.
RealEx have stated that the restrictions differ with different card providers and have not been able to give us an exact limit.
Looking at the O_Data fields, both failed orders had a length of 60000+
Has anyone else experienced similar?
How can we go about preventing this error?
