Hi Guys,
There was an old issue with Paypal because of the currency using a comma instead of a fullstop as a decimal point, so I changed this to a fullstop. Payments made using GBP are 100% fine, but when sent in EUR (and USD, for that matter...) it comes up with the Paypal error:-
The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.
Any ideas on why this would be, its something being transferred from Kartris.
Also, on the checkout page, when you pay in EUR, it says the payment value is the EUR amount with the GBP symbol next to it, this seems to be an error.
Thx,

As a quick workaround, if GBP is working, you can set the process currency for this payment system to GBP. That will convert orders to GBP and send that value to the payment system.
But i am not aware of problems with paypal - and it is one of the most commonly used. We certainly have people using it with Euros. Are you sure you have the currencies fully set up with the correct symbols etc. within Kartris?

Hi Paul,
Its very odd - we have older kartris versions working with multiple currencies without issue. We have the paypal account set up with eur, czk, usd and gbp - gbp default. When GBP is used, it works, when EUR or USD is used (with comma and full stop as decimal delimter on the Euro) Paypal says the string sent from Kartris is wrong. Nothign has been changed from the out of the box settings, so it is working for GBP - but something is being sent as default when any currency other than GBP is sent, which paypal doesn't like. This is from the latest version a few days ago.
