A client of mine wants a content slider on the home page, Each slide she wants to display 3 "Featured Products" that she can swap out.
This would be doable of course with just one list of "Featured Projects" but is there a way I can configure Kartris to have multiply "Featured Product" Lists?

You could duplicate the featured product control and then code it to only pull some of the featured products that are set.
So control one only shows 1-3, control 2 shows 4-6 and so on.
It shouldn't require any changes to the featured products in the back end if she's happy to put all the items there in one list, and have the control just pull the ones she needs.
Set the sort by to 1 for all the slider 1 products, 2 for the second and so on.
